What Accreditations does Coolwell have?

Coolwell are committed to complying with relevant health and safety standards and keep up to date with current legislation and advice to maintain their position as a market leader in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. Our list of accreditations is extensive and includes; REFCOM, FGAS, CHAS, Constructionline, BESA, Safe Contractor, Avetta, CSCS, PASMA, Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, PTS and more. What warranties do Coolwell provide?

Coolwell can provide warranties ranging from 12 months to 7 years depending on the system and manufacturer selected. Our extended 5 and 7 year warranties are subject to regular maintenance by Coolwell engineers and are available due to our accreditations and recognition from manufacturers as an industry leader.

What do I do if the equipment which is critical to my business breaks down out of hours?

For Coolwell maintenance customers only, please dial our head office telephone number 01772 651144 where you will be directed to the on-call engineer who will be available to assist you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. (please note there is a charge for this service).

Will Coolwell repair any air conditioning / refrigeration unit?

Yes, the extensively trained team at Coolwell have expertise in all air conditioning and refrigeration system types from all manufacturers. Contact our office today with details of your system & we will allocate the most suitable engineer for your needs.
