FAQs

What is your return and refund policy?

Products should be returned in perfect condition with tags attached within 14 days of purchase. We do not refund postage on undamaged goods. We do not offer refunds on cut fabric which is why we recommend you order a sample. For more information please see Delivery and Returns.

How do I work out how much wallpaper I need?

Working out how much wallpaper you need can be difficult. We put the pattern repeat on each of the wallpaper pages but we also made a blog post which will hopefully talk you through the process. We are also happy to help so please feel free to send us a photo of the wall/ walls you would like to wallpaper and the dimensions and we can work it out for you.

Will you do bespoke designs?

We have a range of greeting cards which can have the text edited on the front We also have pet portraits where Lorna will design portraits based on your pet. Cushions and lampshades can be made to bespoke sizes. Lorna has also created bespoke products for both trade and public clients, please contact us if you have something in mind.

Just changing a few colours in a kitchen can completely transform it. A very cost effective way of a makeover for your kitchen for a few years if it is in relatively good condition. A dark stain was used on the wood, black metal paint for the handles and heritage sage green on the walls, skirtings, rad and ceiling to match the tiles so they blend into the space rsther than stand out as the only feature.
