We work hard behind the scenes to take the hassle out of selecting a suitable cleaner for you that is hard working & reliable. If any issues arise, we work promptly to rectify them. All our cleaners are DBS checked for your peace of mind, as well as having mandatory basic first aid, COSHH, Health & safety & lone worker training. We also provide insurance cover in the unlikely event any of the cleaners cause damage to you or your property. As the business grows, we are constantly adapting to your needs which in turn provides you with our high standard of service. We listen to your feedback & take it seriously.

This depends on the size of your property & what it includes. We use the general idea that a standard 3-bedroom house would take 3 hours. But this also depends on the number of trinkets/picture frames & furniture in the property. It also depends on the level of clean you require.

No, all our cleaners are insured as key holders & we have a key holder contract for both parties to sign. Or if you feel more comfortable with a lockbox outside your property, we will issue your cleaner with the code. We never put any addresses on your keys, just a first name. All information given to your cleaner is always kept separate.

We will notify you if your cleaner has any annual leave booked. All our cleaners are entitled to annual leave, please respect this as they work hard. Wherever possible we will provide you with a cover cleaner due to availability. Please note this may not be on your preferred day for your clean.

The time it takes to place your cleaner depends entirely on what day you require, what availability our cleaners have & also if we are fully booked at the time of enquiry. We normally look to place a cleaner no longer than 2 weeks after your initial visit, however, circumstances out of our control may prolong this. We then operate a waiting list if you are happy to wait.
