FAQs

How long does it take to produce HYVERT?

It's normally a 6-8 weeks lead in time from sign-up but some major projects work on a 12-18 month lead in time to secure dates and production space. Plus forward orders allow securing of project values.

If i want a HYVERT living wall what assumptions are made?

We only expect electricity and water to already be supplied by an approved contractor and then we can take care of the rest. Your designer at IWP will assist with the whole process.

Do you offer a full turnkey solution?

We offer a '360 degree' full set of specialist skills from initial concept through to installation and aftercare, every aspect is handled by the I Want Plants team.

Do you have a Showroom?

Yes we do! However it's by appointment only. I Want Plants HQ in South Manchester includes office-space, showroom, our commercial nursery and our HYVERT living wall production site. HQ tours can also form a part of our CPD sessions.

How do I order a Christmas Tree and when?

The earlier in the year you make your enquiry with us, the better. It's not unusual for our Christmas diary to be virtually full by the Autumn and we cannot always guarantee to fit new clients in. And don't forget, it's not just Christmas trees we can help with. Our festive displays include archways, garlands, wreaths and more!
