We do love to share this photo every now and again as a reminder that even though you might want your cooker restoring and converting internally, to benefit from everything a conversion offers, you might not want to change how your cooker looks as was the case with this customer who had recently had solar panels installed and wanted to make the most of them by converting their beloved cooker to our multi-element electrical system. However she loved the worn look of her cooker… the wear and patina that comes from years of faithful service wrapped up in countless memories and happy moments in the kitchen. The enamel worn matt became the families blackboard for memo’s and notes, and she wanted it putting back together just as it looked before we started work. So, we painstakingly took everything apart, installing the modern elements and efficient insulation, whilst preserving the patina so whilst it might have looked as though we’d never been there by the time we were finished, internally their was a modern, clean, efficient and controllable cooker ready to continue to make more family memories!
