The bathroom, situated at the rear of the property with a flat roof and numerous exterior walls, was experiencing significant condensation issues, leading to dampness and mold—a common problem for properties with this configuration. The client aimed for a bathroom refresh and urgently needed to manage the condensation from the cold walls. Their renovation plan included lowering the ceiling for dual purposes: creating space for a substantial in-line extractor fan and adding insulation to mitigate the cold. We removed the old downlights from the original ceiling and installed new ones in the lowered ceiling.
