We offer a huge variety of flooring in terms of style, material and colour -our online shop is the tip of the iceberg. Whilst we do hold considerable stock, it would be impossible to stock every item we sold without either offering our customers a limited product range or by passing on additional costs for storage. We do however have excellent relationships with the manufacturers; therefore if you place an order and we do not have it in stock we can usually receive this within 2 working days.

Although as a guide we say 7-10 day delivery, the majority of our customers receive their goods within 4-5 working days, although some are delivered the next day. If you have an urgent requirement, please call to discuss and quote which part of the country the delivery is to be made. Flooring can make a huge difference to a room and you are encouraged to request a sample prior to purchase, the exception being Tatami Mats as only full mats are available. No charge is made for samples.

The prices on our online shop are already very competitive and no trade discount can be given. In the event you wish to purchase in excess of 150 sq m of a product, please contact us as we may be able to secure a large order discount.

Flooring space is measured in units of square metres also known as sq m and M2. It is calculated by multiplying the two widest parts of the room. For example 3M X 4.2M will total 12.6 sq m.

Some vinyl flooring is sold in sheet form and is priced per sq m. Other vinyl flooring such as stone effect planks like Karndean, Amtico or Polyflor are only available from the manufacturer and sold in packs. Carpet tiles most often are sold in complete boxes
