How long does it take to receive my EPC?

Depending on how busy the assessor on the day of your assessment, your EPC is usually ready within a few hours. On some occasions, it may not be until the following morning, however, please let us know if there is any urgency required and we may be able to lodging and sending the EPC.

Where can i find my EPC?

When your assessment is complete and the assessor has lodged your EPC, we will send you an online invoice/receipt which will contain a direct link to your EPC on the governments website. The governments website can be found here

What if I think the EPC is incorrect?

In the first instance, Please call the assessor directly to discuss, he/she should have left you a business card. Usually, it is just a misunderstanding of the interpretation of wording on the EPC and our assessors will help clear this up. If you still feel the EPC is incorrect, please use the contact form below, and a member of our admin team will call you to discuss what can be done.
