FAQs

How do the grants work?

We are one of the certified installers able to access grant funding. We access the grant directly from the energy company after the work is completed not before. We submit photographic evidence that the job has been done to the required standard and we then receive the payment directly once the energy company are happy with the quality of the work.

What if something goes wrong during the install?

We are fully insured for all eventualities. In a rare occasion if something does go wrong, we will work together with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Where are you based?

Our main offices are in the West Midlands however we have surveyors and installers located across the country and always look for the most local staff to assist you.

What kind of insulation do you use?

We only use quality products for all of our installs. Please visit our services page to look at the specific product you would like more information about.

Do I get a guarantee with the work?

All of our wall insulation installed through ECO funding receive a 25 year insurance backed guarantee for your peace of mind. For more specific information visit our services page.
