Important changes to commercial EPCs that are electrically heated. The software used (SBEM) for producing the EPCs is being amended to look more favourably if it is heated by electrical room heaters than it did in the past. Some properties that failed MEES may have an improved rating. We will keep you posted when the new software is realised, and we have tested it on some EPCs that have failed MEES.
