Our Builders have recently completed this fantastic rear single story 9x4m house extension in Tingley, Wakefield. Constructed on steel raft foundation to no break thorough. All new porcelain tiled floors to extension area. Magnet kitchen supplied and fit. The whole of the downstairs has been decorated in a beautiful Farrar and Ball paint giving it a brilliant finish. A panelled wall has been installed to create a living area. Bifold doors supplied and fit with matching UPVC floor to ceiling windows A new UPVC window installed on the first floor to the rear elevation giving a more aesthetically pleasing look. All new Suffolk oak doors supplied and fit to the down stairs throughout.
