Expert Lawn Care Services in Chatham

We are looking for gardeners who genuinely love plants and care about doing a great job for customers and their gardens. You'll know which plants are weeds, which jobs need doing when and be able to give basic gardening advice. These are fully-employed, full-time positions. All tools are provided and you travel between jobs in a Company van. We are a well-established garden maintenance company looking after gardens around Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells. In a typical day you leave South Tonbridge with your partner for the day at 7.45am sharp. The days are busy visiting 3 or 4 very varied gardens with lots of hand weeding, planting, mowing and pruning to be done. You finish in your last garden about 4.00pm and head back to south Tonbridge. Our ideal candidate will; • Hold either an RHS or City and Guilds Horticultural qualification or have at least 2 years gardening experience • Be customer focused • Be able to use own initiative • Have excellent communication skills • Be able to work as part of a team • Happily work outside whatever the weather • Be cheerful! We try and bring some sunshine to customers even on the greyest of days. You must have a full (manual) clean UK driving licence that you have held for at least 12 months (to drive the company vans).
