Unfortunately I have to write this post to inform you of some unfortunate events that have targeted our business over the last 48 hours. During this time we have had 12 poor reviews, all of which are false and extremely damaging to our well established business and good reputation. These reviews are completely false, some claiming I was an auto-locksmith and carrying out such tasks which is categorically untrue. Some have also claimed that I have stolen cars and money from them - this could be detrimental to our family business. We have worked extremely hard to build our reputable and honest business. Customer service is our priority and we have always had great reviews and a well established customer base. Since reporting these reviews to google, we have had very little help to try and remove such reviews. We are now receiving emails from companies claiming to remove negative reviews at a cost. We have replied to these reviews, it seems like these disgusting tactics are going to keep targeting our business, all have been reported to google. We have listed below the names of some of these false reviews and will continue in our attempts to stop this.
