Some locksmiths will automatically include a charge for booking them to attend your issue, and this will be charged to you if you end up cancelling or if the locksmith is unsuccessful in solving the issue, this is known as a call out charge. At Solo Locksmiths we only charge a set rate for the labour while on site and will estimate the cost of the parts on the initial enquiry.
