If your having trouble with your Locks 9-10 i can explain what is wrong over the phone but alot of people dont know the names of different Locks as upvc doors have a Euro Lock and do Wooden composit doors but wooden doors also have Dead Locks and Sash Locks so its hard to explain to a Locksmith what the Locks is so i will say i can come out,look at the problem and explain what is wrong give the price and you the customer can say yes or no.This is why i get alot more custom as i dont charge a Call Out Fee so in the future always ask if there is a call out fee as it could be a hidden mistake for everyone.Thanks for reading and have a brilliant Xmas......
