I visited a client who had problems with their patio doors. The client couldn't lock the right-hand door, and they could not open the left either. The doors had been wedged shut for years. They were scared of opening the doors in case they could not get them closed again. The top hinge had also been over-extended by a handyman a few years back. This puts the hinge pin at risk of bending or breaking. After repacking the glass in the left-hand door, making several hinge adjustments on both sides and replacing the lock keep.
