What areas do Morrison Locksmiths Ltd cover?

We are an Ayrshire based company and provide services throughout Kilmarnock, Ayr, Troon, Prestwick, Stewarton, Irvine, Dalry, Kilwinning, Saltcoats, Ardrossan, Largs, West Kilbride, Mauchline, Cumnock, Glasgow and surrounding areas.

Do you have a call out charge?

We do not have a call out charge between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday within a 30 mile radius of Kilmarnock, Ayrshire. All prices are subject to public or bank holidays and time of call out. All our prices closely match the Master Locksmiths Associations guidelines (2024) and can be found on there website. All enquirers and advise is free.

If I am locked out does that mean I will need new locks?

No. It is always our intention to open doors and windows without unnecessary damage when possible. However, when a lock does need to be replaced our van is fully stocked allowing for the lock to be replaced at the time of call. In the event that the lock is not in stock, a temporary one will be installed until a replacement one has arrived from our suppliers usually within 24hrs of call out.

Will you be able to replace my lock straight away?

We are able to repair or replace most locks on site. However, a new lock, once ordered or sourced will typically be installed within 24 hour of call outs.

How much do you charge?

All of our work is individually priced as no two jobs are the same however, our prices follow those suggested by the Master Locksmith Association (MLA) guidlines (2024). When pricing work we always advise sending pictures to our WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger platforms as we are then able to provide the most accurate quotation possible. All enquirers and advise is free.
