No. Appointments cannot be rescheduled under any circumstance following the notification being sent to customers. Once the notification is sent the full price of the appointment is charged to the account that the customer has with us in order to cover the slot provided to the customer that they have requested. The notification sent to customers is solely a reminder of your appointment that you have requested us to provide for you, it is not an invitation to decide if you require the appointment, nor reschedule the appointment. Once the notification is sent to customers, we have already allocated an appointment slot on the following day as per your request, with personnel and resources already allocated to complete the service to fulfil your request. Following this notification, it is too late for us to replace your requested slot with another customer, which would leave an unused slot in our working day which would cost our business money. In addition, communications are not monitored after 6pm, and any communication request to reschedule will not be read nor actioned. We would kindly ask customers to refrain from sending requests to reschedule after receiving their notification.

Customers can very easily reschedule any appointment by simply sending their request to us in writing. This can be done at any point from the previous appointment, up to receiving an appointment reminder of their next appointment. This gives customers ample time in which to reschedule any upcoming appointment that has been scheduled. Please note that any customer request can take 24 hours to be actioned, so it is advised to submit your request well in advance of any upcoming appointment.

Yes. Customers are charged the full price of their appointment to cover the cost of the slot to us. If access is preventing us from completing a full service, we will ring or knock at the front door to gain access. If access cannot be gained during any visit, we will complete the service on any areas that we can access, and the full price will still be charged.

If access has not been gained to complete a full service, we cannot guarantee that we can return to complete the service. This would mean that a subsequent customers appointment would have to be rescheduled in order to organise another visit to your property. This action would not be fair on other customers who rely on us, and would also cost our business money in providing an additional time slot to revisit your property.
