We are Hiring! 🚨🚨nnWe are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team.nnIf you’re looking to advance your career and take it to the next level then A Plus Brickwork is the place for you.nnHere at A Plus we value are team members and provide them with opportunities to advance and grow in line with the Company. nnWe are looking for an individual that has experience as a Quantity Surveyor working in the commercial side of the construction industry, from carrying out the tender process of brickwork packages all the way through to final accounts. nnKey Skills:nnMeasuring and estimating.nPreparing valuations for interim application for payment including variations.nPreparing and negotiating final accounts.nRemeasure Bill of Quantities.nPricing variation orders and charging the client accordingly.nMonitoring costs to ensure works are within budgets.nPreparing contract claims information.nVisit live sites to ensure Valuations reflect completed works.nDocument control.nNegotiating costs and prices.nAttending on-site regarding commercial meetings.nAttending sites fortnightly to carry out valuations.nWork closely with our Contracts Manager.nProducing cost value reconciliations.nFriendly manner with clientele ·nA minimum of 3 years experience as a quantity surveyor.·nKnowledge of brickwork is essential.·nHighly motivated, have a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise efficiently and be reliable.·nAbility to work in a dynamic and pressurised environment.·nTeam player·nAbility to work on own initiative· Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)nSalary is negotiable depending on experience.nnGreat Bonus Based on Annual Performance!nnGet in touch with our head office for more details - 01462 558627nOr feel free to contact Mick to arrange an interview - 07960 095017nA PLUS BRICKWORK LTDn...
