How quickly can I move in?

We understand that sometimes you need storage solutions at a moment's notice, and at Porterstore, we aim to make the process as quick and convenient as possible. When you book one of our storage units, you can access it on the very same day (during opening hours). This means that if you require immediate storage for your belongings, you won't have to wait for days or weeks to get started. Our same-day access policy ensures that you can begin using your storage unit promptly, allowing you to efficiently manage your storage needs. Whether you're mid move, downsizing, or simply looking to declutter, we're here to provide you with swift and hassle-free storage solutions.

How high are your units?

Our storage units have a height of 2.4 meters, which is equivalent to 8 feet. This generous height provides ample space to accommodate various items, making it suitable for storing everything from furniture to boxes and more.

Do you offer a packing/unpacking service?

Yes, we do provide packing and unpacking services as part of our home removals service. Our experienced team can assist you with the careful packing of your belongings and the efficient unpacking at your destination, ensuring a stress-free and convenient moving experience. Are all of your units indoors?

We offer both indoor and outdoor storage to suit your storage needs. Our outdoor storage containers range from 10 sq foot to 20 sq foot and are accessible 24/7. Each storage container is waterproof, sealed, and provides high security. Situated in a floodlit yard with a concrete surface and spacious parking, the area is monitored by 24-hour CCTV and access is granted through a gate with personal fob entry control.
