A high percentage of our calls over the past few days is due to customers having no heating or hot water. nnIf your boiler is showing a fault code during this freezing spell, check to see if you have a white (sometimes black) plastic pipe that runs from the boiler to outside (condensate pipe) like the pictures below which is most likely frozen.
