Lighting faults don’t take the weekend off, and neither do we! Quantum was called out to an emergency repair of a Lutron lighting system in a Mayfair penthouse over the weekend. After tracing the system circuits and diagnosing the fault it was found to be a discontinued Lutron part that had failed. Fortunately, using our extensive knowledge of industry contacts and suppliers our Lutron engineer was able to source the required parts through a specialist. Our client was in trouble as they were expecting houseguests to stay the following day. So to keep the repair moving forward and on time one of our Quantum vans drove nearly 60 miles to a supplier to pick up the part and return to fit it the same day allowing the lights to get back to working again in time for the visitors. We even made some tweaks to the existing program to optimise the system before calling it a day. Another success for our Lutron team. Well done guys.
