If you have spent years in plumbing like we have, it doesn't put you above mistakes. Nobody is above mistakes. Always acknowledge that.nn7. Your definition of best might not be what your customers have in mind. You can give your best to a customer and they will not be satisfied. Hence, always try to understand exactly what they want, so that you can let them know if it's possible or support in the way they want. nn8. If you sense that a job is beyond you, don't be ashamed to seek help or support from others. As a Plumber, you are meant to have a network. Seek them out. Two good heads will always increase your success.nn9. Recognize that homes have different types and brands of equipment. Some might be new and some might be old. So if you are not all that of a careful person, Plumbing might not be for you. nn10. Finally, love what you do, irrespective of the challenges. There will always be moments of being stuck, and other challenges that we see on a daily.
