Are roads and footpaths included in my factoring charges?

Roads and footpaths remain the responsibility of the developer until they are adopted by the council. Some roads and footpaths may remain unadopted and will still be the responsibility of the group of homeowners to maintain, which Screenautumn will do on your behalf. If you would like to know what roads and footpaths are adopted, please contact your local authority.

Who is responsible for maintaining the play equipment?

As with all common property, the homeowners are responsible for the maintenance, with Screenautumn adminstering the maintenance on the homeowners behalf.

Can I pay my fee monthly?

Many of our clients choose to smooth the cost of their factoring invoices by monthly standing orders throughout the year - if this is of interest to you please contact our offices and we will be happy to advise of you the monthly amount.
