How do you determine the rental price for a property?

The rental price is determined based on market trends, property location, size, condition, and amenities. We conduct a thorough market and locality analysis to ensure the best, competitive and fair pricing.

What is the process of screening potential tenants?

Our tenant screening process includes credit checks, employment verification, reference checks from previous landlords, and background checks to ensure reliable and responsible tenants. Best of all, you get *3 reference checks included in a full management package for FREE! We also insist on tenants having a guarantor, regardless of their financial status. * Any additional checks are chargeable prices available upon request.

What happens at the end of a an AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy)?

At the end of an AST, tenants can either renew their lease, move out, or switch to a month-to-month arrangement if agreed upon. We conduct an exit inspection and manage the return of the security deposit minus any deductions, if applicable.
