A fantastic email received by Lisa this morning - 'Hi Lisa, I hope you're ok? I called the office and wanted to speak to you, but I was told you were out. I just wanted to let you know that I made an offer on a property with another agency. So if everything goes well, I will stop searching for a property for some time. I would like to say a huge thank you for all your help and excellent customer service! I am a bit sad in a way that the property I found is not with you, as I really appreciate your kindness and professionalism! Not every estate agent is like that. Saying all that, I still have in mind the plan of buying another property for BTL in the future. So, if it is ok, I would still like to receive those weekly update emails. I just want to be up to date with what is happening on the market plus my mortgage for the current property and all the associated proceedings have not been completed yet, so I still want to see what else is available, in case of any unexpected circumstances such as the seller changing his mind.
