As professional Estate Agents, we work within strict guidlines and have to abide by property regulations and legislation. Due to Anti Money Laundering legislation we are required to verify the identity of our clients. This ID verification is part of the instruction process.

Can I pay an upfront fee instead?

Yes, we can. We offer a tailor made service where our property partners will explore the best option for each vendor on an individual basis. However, if you do pay a fee upfront, this is non refundable.

How do I know if my house is valued correctly?

Estate Agents have to consider a huge array of factors when valuing your home. This includes the location, size, type and style of property, surrounding land and the condition including any improvements you may have made.
