Lettings Negotiator Required for Busy Ellesmere Office A customer-driven and enthusiastic individual with lettings experience is required for our busy office The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, a close attention to detail, and an excellent telephone manner. The position requires someone with lettings experience, preferably within the residential sector, and who is registered with Rent Smart Wales. This 'front of house' role will assist the current Lettings team, liaising with landlords, tenants, and viewers, and managing all aspects of the lettings process to ensure the highest levels of customer service. The successful candidate will have knowledge of estate agency and the process of property sales and lettings, as well as strong IT skills and excellent organisational and administrative skills. They will have worked within the lettings sector for a minimum of 12 months and be able to demonstrate a professional approach to customer service. Key responsibilities will include managing office email communications and leads, arranging and accompanying property viewings, dealing with property enquiries in the office and by telephone/email, and submitting reference checks on behalf of prospective tenants. They will also establish and maintain excellent relationships with landlords to deliver an exceptional level of customer service and support the lettings teams with general office administrative duties.
