Do I need to be present for the site survey?

Yes please! Should we need to discuss anything specific relating to your forthcoming installation, it will be done during at this point of your installation journey, so we strongly recommend you are present at this point to meet with our surveyor.

Do I need to inform my area DNO of my new installation?

We will do this on your behalf. Depending on the size of your system, it will either be a notification or an application. Your Designer will be able to give you more information on this.

How long does our installation take?

No two projects are the same, but for a conventional domestic install, you can expect it to be undertaken over 1, 2 or 3 days. Larger / commercial installations will be assessed with your design consultants to establish time frames. We also facilitate multiple installation phases where necessary.
