We carried out the service of a Vaillant aroTHERM plus heat pump we fitted at a property in Winterbourne last year. The property had microbore pipework - a common misconception is that microbore pipework cannot be used with heat pumps which is incorrect! After one year and through a very cold winter period this installation is running at 410% efficiency! The customer is really happy with the comfort levels in their property and how well the heat pump is working.
