Solely responsible for the long-term development, growth and profitability. Developing, implementing, and continually improving operation strategies, procedures and policies to meet with company targets and goals.nnThis is a very hands-on role, where you will be solely undertaking the ground works to not only develop existing but and implement and initiate new procedures and working practice.nnResponsibilitiesn• Collaborate within partnerships for the development of the business.n• Working closely with Directors and Management to achieve targets and goals.n• Drive operational strategies to optimise and manage resource utilisation, minimise losses, implementing initiatives to reduce company costs, and increasing employee productivity.n• Analyse efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes and procedures, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary.nnAbout youn• Proven experience in operational role or business change.n• Strong proven experience in leadership and/or management.n• You will have a keen eye to details.n• Ability to work autonomously.n• Ability to build relationships, connecting and collaborating within your team and across the organisation.n• Knowledge in Solar PV knowledge is desirable, but essential.n• Always ensure works are compliant with industry standards.n• Always maintain health and safety standards.n• Full driving licensenAbout Usn• We are a creative, aspirational team working together to supply installations bespoke to each of our clients with a service tailored to their needs.n• We encourage a positive, can-do attitude with business focus and competitive drive to be the best we can.n• Our clients and those who work with us are priority.
