Lover of techno and books - Cambridge to Whitechapel.nnAt the beginning of his PhD, Eric didn't want to share a house with a load of other Cambridge students. Instead, he went down Fen Road and rented a caravan with from one of the travellers and stayed with that community for four years. He loved them and they loved him by all accounts. He's bought a flat in Whitechapel with his sister which has a shop below it. They've filled the shop with second-hand furniture so people can come in and use it as a creative space or just somewhere to hang out for a bit and not be alone.nnI really didn't want to drive into London for a second time today, but meeting Eric made it a really interesting journey. I'm helping him again next week. A really decent human being.

How secure are the self storage units at Cambridge and Haverhill?

Our sites operate with first class security standards. We have 24 hour CCTV surveillance and our sites are security patrolled during the nights and at weekends. You also know that you are the only one with access to your storage unit, because you are the only one with a key; not even our team can get into your unit!

Can I buy boxes and packing materials at your self storage sites in Cambridge and Haverhill?

Yes! We sell boxes, bubble wrap and other packing materials at our on-site shop, which is open 6 days a week. Because we have an experienced team, we can also help you estimate how many boxes and other packing materials you will use for your storage space.

How do I access the self storage units?

All our units are on the ground floor level. That means that you don't need to use trolleys or a lift to access your storage space. You can drive right up to your unit in either a car or a Luton van. It doesn't get easier than that!

What are the contract terms for the storage units?

We know that flexibility is one of the more important things for anyone needing storage, so we have kept our contract terms as flexible as we can. The minimum rental period is only 1 month. We offer daily charging and we don't operate with any hidden charges. When you store with us, it is simple, straightforward and transparent.

Which areas do you service?

There is no geographic limitation to who can store with us, but most of our customers are from Cambridge, Saffron Walden, Royston, Newmarket and Haverhill. Our storage sites are close to the A505 and M11, so they are really easy to get to.
