How can I upgrade or downgrade unit size?

You can upgrade or downgrade your unit size at any time. This can be done by completing our enquiry form or sending us an email, or by calling us on 01424 718 169 during our office hours.

What do I need to do when I want to move my items out?

We require 7 days written notice, by email or letter, and confirmation from you on the day you vacate, upon which any security deposit and unused rent will be returned to you.

How secure is self-storage?

The safety of your items is paramount when it comes to self-storage. Storing items with a reputable self-storage company will means your items are as safe in storage as if they were in your own home. At Offerfair, not only do we have CCTV security across all our sites, every self-storage unit is individually alarmed to give you full peace of mind that your belongings are safe and secure with us. We also give all new customers a free padlock for their unit.

Are self-storage units safe?

We appreciate that the safety of any items stored is of uppermost importance when it comes to self-storage. With a trusted self-storage company, your items will be as safe in storage as they are in your home. Due to their high level of security, storage units are very rarely a target for thieves. All Offerfair self-storage sites have full CCTV security, plus every unit has an individual alarm, so you can be rest assured that the safety of your belongings is always our highest priority.

How does self-storage work?

Self-storage facilities offer storage units in a selection of sizes that you can rent on a weekly or monthly basis. Some people think of self-storage as an extension of their garage or shed; a secure, clean and dry space where they can store their belongings for as long as required. You can reserve a unit with Offerfair by calling 01424 718 169, completing an enquiry form or sending an email. We will allocate you an alarm code to enter your unit and then you can enter your unit at any time during our storage opening hours.
