FAQs

What storage containers do you have?

We cater for long term storage and for temporary storage as well. With secure wooden storage crates housed in a large secure warehouse at our Manor Road Storage depot, your items will be kept safe and dry. We also have large metal storage containers, via Contain Yourself Ltd, which is our other storage company based at Manor Road which can accommodate the garage, shed and other outdoor contents of a typical three bedroom house, plus office furniture, etc.

What security do you have?

All of your property is stored within our secure containers. Our wooden storage crates are also stored within in our lockable 12,000 square foot warehouse, which is also protected by 24 hour CCTV. Our metal storage containers are stored outside in our fully secure. locked compound that also has 24 hour CCTV. The site is tucked nicely out of the way, plus a tall metal spiked outer security fence surrounds our compound. For our metal storage containers, you are more than welcome to bring your own padlock for your container, or alternatively padlocks can be purchased from the office.

Can I get help loading my container?

If you need help moving items from your home to your storage then you can get in touch with our sister company, DPH Removals, to discuss how we can help.

What can I not store in a container?

Below is a list of items that are strictly not allowed in any of our containers. Food or perishable goods Birds, fish, animals, or any other living creatures Combustible or flammable materials or liquids such as gas, paint, petrol, oil, or cleaning solvents Firearms, explosives, weapons, or ammunition Chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents Toxic waste, asbestos, or other materials of a potentially dangerous nature Any item which emits any fumes, smell, or odour Any illegal substances, illegal items or goods illegally obtained, including counterfeit goods, illicit (smuggled/counterfeit) tobacco, illicit alcohol, unlicensed medicines, unsafe goods (including toys, electrical items, cosmetics, fireworks) Compressed gases
