Please note: There may be a call out charge applied if we find that the inside of the window is dirty or the double-glazed unit has failed. In addition to this, if you miss several months of window cleans this will affect the quality of the clean as dirt will build up in between cleans around your frames and your sills. To stop this from happening we recommend your keep up with your regular window cleaning schedule.

Unfortunately not. Our pure water cleaning system uses a soft brush to remove everyday dirt. It is not designed to remove cement, mortar, paint or silicone.

Due to holidays, sickness and round optimisation it is not always possible to have the same window cleaner on each visit. We pride ourselves on providing a regular service and to do continue with this any one of our cleaners could attend. Our window cleaners will always be wearing their uniform with the logo and company name visible.

If your Velux windows are reachable without using ladders we will clean them, but the water fed pole and brush we use to clean your windows are very lightweight and sometimes struggles to remove baked on dirt due to the fact that no pressure can be applied by the operator. The only downwards pressure on the brush is from gravity. To clean them properly we always recommend that you spin the Velux over and clean them from the inside.
