What is covered by an ODC Warranty?

We provide a 10 year warranty for ODC frames, a five year warranty on all glass and a one year warranty for mechanisms as part of your purchase (wilful or accidental damage to the products and glass breakages are not covered). Importantly, our after-sales team are here to deal with the smallest concern and members of the technical team are on hand to make site visits to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Are your products available as supply only?

No, we manufacture specialist products and installation is carried out by ODC trained fitters so we know it has been completed to the highest standard. We take full responsibility for our work and this allows us to offer an ODC warranty on all aspects of installation. If there is any issue at all post-installation, you are assured of our time and the benefit of our expertise.

Do you make windows and doors to match your glazing systems?

Our ODC aluminium window systems are designed and manufactured with the same exacting aesthetic and standards as our sliding doors and bifold doors. They will complement any of our sliding systems, providing a complete glazing solution for your project.

Can my bifold doors be fitted on the same level as my patio?

This will depend on floor and ground levels, but yes, it should be possible as we have a flush threshold option which allows this. We offer up to four threshold solutions for each folding door system and will advise on which is best for your situation.

How are rooflights ventilated?

Kitchens and rooms with lots of direct light benefit from ventilated systems. Rooflights with trickle vents allow a small amount of air movement. Opening rooflights with manual or electric controls give you more flexible ventilation options and can be fitted with opening sashes, climate control and rain sensors. Little and often is our advice when ensuring your home is well-ventilated; windows with trickle vents allow fresh air flow in a room and keep moisture build up to a minimum.
