Do you sell windows/doors/conservatories?

Yes, we are major sellers of various windows, doors and conservatories types and specifications, tailored to your individual needs. Due to these items being made to order products, we ask that enquires should be requested directly by contacting us on 01566 773777. This way we can individualise your requirements so you receive the product(s) you want.

Can I have my goods delivered the next day?

We are committed to try and accommodate delivery deadlines as far as reasonably possible but unfortunately, we cannot promise to complete any deliveries the next day after an order has been submitted. We apologise for this inconvenience. We advise that any order should be done with the understanding that short delivery turnarounds may not be possible.

Will I have to sign for the delivery?

Yes, delivery cannot be left unsigned, so you should make sure somebody is available at the delivery address to take receipt of the delivery and sign to prove the delivery has been received.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

As such yes, you will receive an email to acknowledge we have received your order and it is being duly processed. An additional email will be sent once we can confirm we can meet and fulfil your order.

Do you have any trade stores?

We currently operate two trade stores, located in Cornwall. They can be found at Launceston and Bodmin. Please refer to the Company information or Contact Us to get the specific addresses for our two stores and their opening times.
