FAQs

How much do your windows and doors cost?

The cost will vary depending on the size, style and number of windows and/or doors ordered. A variety of factors can influence the price. We maintain a competitive pricing policy.

Can you stop condensation?

Condensation is caused by environmental conditions, moisture in the air striking a cold surface. New windows are thermally efficient which means that there is less cool surface for condensation to develop on. The trick to defeating condensation (which is a natural phenomenon) is to create an environment with appropriate ventilation and level of internal heating. If you discover condensation inside a sealed unit, the sealed unit will need replacing.

How long will it take to fit my windows and doors?

This will vary depending on the size of the job. You can be assured that once our fitters have begun work in your home, they will remain there until the job is completed. We will always confirm the timing of any job with the customer in advance of work starting.

What do I need to do before the fitters arrive?

Simply ensure that they have space inside to work next to the window (about 1 metre clearance will be enough) and that they have similar access from the outside. Our fitters will bring dustsheets etc and will do everything possible to minimise disruption.

How long are the windows/door guaranteed for?

We offer a 10 year insurance backed guarantee through the GGF. As a local company we are always on hand to support customers with any issues that occasionally arise.
