Yes! We supply VEKA Halo uPVC products as well as AluK and Senior Architectural Systems aluminium doors, windows, bi-folds and sliding patio doors. All made bespoke to order within the United Kingdom for each of our customers.

We use three main systems. We use AluK and Senior Architectural Systems for all of our aluminium products from windows to curtain walls. For uPVC we offer VEKA's Halo system 10 and imagine system.

From contact our sales team will make sure that they run through all possible options with you from sizes, configurations down to small details like handle colour and opening angles. Once you are happy with your quote our sales team passes your order to one of our order processing managers who will double check your order (check against survey sizes if provided by us or a third party) and send you a final order confirmation. Once you are happy with this and approve our accounts team will send you a 50% deposit invoice which will need to be paid before the order is processed. We then send the order through to the factory which takes approximately between 4 to 8 weeks to produce your bespoke order. At this point our scheduling team will reach out and secure you a date and issue two invoices, one at the start of works (for the product cost) and one at the end (for the fitting service. Once fitting finishes our fitting team will make sure you are happy with your finished product before signing of the project. Our after-sales team will then give you a call just to double check that you are happy with our service and to run through any questions that you may have! We aim to make this process as simple and as smooth as possible and are always happy with any feedback that we receive!

Once your product is delivered and fitted you will receive your personal warranty pack which outlines your warranty cover. You will also receive free access to our amazing Warranty Hub which not only puts you in direct contact with our dedicated Warranty team but also gives you access to easy to follow self help guides.
