Our team were called in to a property in Beckenham that was suffering from rat ingress under the kitchen units. On further inspection we found clear signs that the rodents were using the drainage system to burrow into the property via a possible redundant junction. After undertaking a full cctv drainage survey to locate any other possible faults and confirming the line was redundant, it was then capped off using galvanised wire mesh and a strong mortar mix (a steel bung could not be fitted due to the angle of the line). The final visit was completed today where two rats were caught. Another extremely happy customer!
