Prince Arb update: since starting my business in 2005 I have seen many ups and downs plenty of stress and plenty of great times. But with 14 years of growth and investment I hit a wall, 2019 was my hardest year to date I didn’t think I could go on, folding the business seamed the only way out. Thanks to a great friend and long term member of the Prince arb team and my ever supportive wife I decided change was the only way forward, and so I set upon a down sizing plan, 2020&2021 presented a few hurdles in this plan but slowly it came together, I am absolutely over the moon to have now started 2023 In the best place I’ve been in 15 years yes 15 years! I now have the greatest team around me and although at 46 I feel the physical strain of physical work everyday it’s nothing compared to the massive stress I’ve suffered in the past. Just remember if your not happy or it’s not working change is possible “never give up”. My business is now the most profitable it’s ever been and this allows me to pass profit’s on to my staff a win win in my eyes, I can’t wait to see this year through.
