Do you remove all rubbish/waste materials from site?

Yes, we remove all debris from site except for white goods or anything hazardous*. In some cases, we will have skips on-site depending on access etc. *Arrangements for White goods and/or hazardous materials is the responsibility of the customer. NB: We can advise on relevant specialists/ service providers as required. We also do whatever we can to ensure our carbon footprint is as low as possible and support recycling, upcycling, and re-use projects wherever possible within our projects.

We do our best to assist in emergency repairs within our standard working hours. We cannot guarantee availability but we will try our best to accommodate.

Can I install new windows and doors in my listed property?

If you live in a listed home, windows and doors cannot be changed without listed building consent. We have a guide to help you determine if your windows require listed building consent.

Is your timber sustainably sourced?

We carefully select reputable timber suppliers who take their environmental responsibility seriously, ensuring that every material, from chipboard and MDF to quality hardwood is 100% sourced from FSC Certified manufacturers and processors.
