When the customer say don’t worry about this stain it’s permanent . - Says who? -We had the carpets cleaned multiple times and the stain never budge. Me: - Do you want it gone or you preferred to be “ permanent “;)) The moral of the story : as there is no regulations in our trade and everyone can just buy cheap vet vac and advertise on Facebook to be professional there is so many “ cowboys “ and the customers lose faith in carpet / upholstery cleaning . Lost count how many times we’ve quoted a job and the customer decided to go to a slightly cheaper quote . Then call us back in a week to ask us can we still do it . They went for the Cowboys purely price driven , then they messed up the job leaving the carpets / sofas soaking wet full of sticky residue and when the customer complained the answer is that’s the best it can be ( if they decide to pick up the phone of course). Unfortunately to put the things right for us we need to charge our restoration prices which are double then the standalone cleaning prices , so the customer ended us paying nearly 3 times our initial quote and have to swallow all the pain and extra hustle . We use the best and most powerful portable extractor in 🇬🇧, have over 13 years of experience, we hold full insurance, have attend countless courses and hold numerous certificates . That said we can’t be the cheapest around as we take our time and pride to do every single job the way we want someone to do it for us .
