Yes. We clean flats on any floor providing that there's either a lift or wide stairs to be able to get the equipment to the flat. There will need to be sufficient room outside in the communal areas to be able to leave the machine, as it's a big unit and won't be suitable to leave inside whilst cleaning. We can operate the machine from a distance of 100 feet from the room(s) being cleaned. An access code, key or key fob is required at all times whilst cleaning is taking place. Parking and access is required to get as close as possible to avoid longer cleaning times.
