Once you confirm attendance, we will follow up with details of the interview, so you know where to go, who to meet and what to expect. Occasionally, we will include a telephone interview, second interview stage, or a test and will always keep you informed about the next steps. Our interviews last about 45 minutes and are designed for us to understand your skills, competencies and behaviours. We usually make decisions within a couple of days of interview and always within a week.

You will be greeted and shown around by your line manager. The first day will be all about meeting your new team and becoming familiar with our Health and Safety and Company Management Systems. It is a good idea to bring some lunch with you, as some of our offices are surrounded by fields and trees. During the first week, you will set objectives as part of your personal development plan.
