Fantastic friendly service, had a callout arranged within the hour and my machine fixed in a couple of hours, with lots of helpful advice too on how to prevent future problems - highly recommended and will be back again for appliance repairs in future!
I like the fact that they don't overcharge but are honest, which is in contrast to most places that shamelessly ask for ridiculous upfront payments.
