I locked myself out of my house with the keys in the door the other side. A neighbour gave me the number of Access Locks. They were there within half an hour, opened the door within 5 mins. No damage. The guy changed the fitting on the door for me so that I could not do the same thing again, at no extra charge. At £54 in total I was delighted with both the charge and the service. Great service - I needed a bracelet engraving in a short time frame for a christening and the gentleman (I don’t know his name) went above & beyond to ensure he could do it for me.
