I was so pleased to have got hold of Steve when I did: a minor ingress of water was caused by ageing and broken roof tiles and a guttering system that had seen better days, things that could have developed into a bigger problem.
They have gone out of their way to ensure that I was happy, and even filled in some gaps in the concreate I didn't notice.
