He not only explains the findings, but he also suggests various options of fixing them, prioritised based on urgency and severity.
Steven was extremely helpful and communicative throughout and after the survey.
I'm sure the final finish could have been better but although it's not cosmetically perfect, the guy that did the fibreglass was very meticulous and kept coming back and checking and has put several coats of resin and fibre on
I reached out to Steve from London roof surveys, not only did I get a reply, it was a video reply explaining the causes of my issues and how to best fix it...
He's clearly incredibly knowledgeable and it was really useful having him use a drone to evaluate the top of the roof.
It was an issue with an uninsulated flat roof over may garage and I wasn't sure how to undertake the work and was also concerned about creating condensation if I got things wrong.
Great technical knowledge and great advice.
Some answers I could not find regarding a problem with my flat roof but with his knowledge he solved all my issues.
He will be my first call next time my insurance requires another inspection.
