They organised every aspect of the project, including getting the steel frame fabricated, the skip, the electrician, deliveries, and various other moving parts.
OBS were flexible and responsive - able to deal with the limitations of the site and issues that arose during construction.

Dave, Kendall and the team at OBS were fantastic in their diagnoses, quoting, working practices and professionalism.
Through no fault of theirs the first job ran into difficulties when the main contractor left site, but they carried on regardless to deliver their portion of work on budget and on time.
